Description:
Indea System is seeking an experienced Segment Marketing Manager familiar with IP technologies and solutions for Wearable and IOT markets - preferably with system level knowledge of wireless technologies such as BLE, Wi-Fi and Zigbee. The ideal candidate will develop a deep understanding of the technical and business requirements to achieve successful penetration of the target segment. The candidate will work with our customers, engineering, external partners, and consortia to execute business strategies for SOC solutions with application-specific software, network stacks, firmware, and hardware.

Responsibilities:
>  Be the industry expert on the Wearable and IOT system solutions
>  Provide thought leadership: present Ineda's SOC solutions at Industry conferences, create journal articles, etc.
>  Development of Market Segment business plans and strategies
>  Define requirements including solution and product roadmaps to support business plans
>  Work with Application Engineering to produce real-world examples of system solutions
>  Develop strategic partnerships with 3rd parties to create compelling solutions in order to extend the market penetration
>  Technical marketing presentations / Collateral development
>  Overall general business planning, development and promotion

Requirements
>  BSEE or equivalent with 5+ years of embedded system experience
>  5+ years previous Marketing experience in the semiconductor industry
>  Demonstrated capability of being the industry expert in market segments
>  Knowledge of SOC, MCU's, MPUs and development tools technologies
>  Understating of technical and business Trends, Competitors Positioning and customer requirements in embedded applications
>  A strong ability to analyze business data to spot trends, draw conclusions and develop appropriate actions.
>  Exceptional communication skills including presentation development, public speaking and written reports
>  Ability to travel both domestically and internationally

Desired Skills & Experience:
>  10+ years of SOC, Microcontroller/Microprocessor and/or Embedded Systems experience
>  Experience in defining and developing products and solutions for Wearable and IOT markets
>  Experienced with RF technologies such as BLE, Wi-Fi and Zigbee would be strongly preferred
>  MBA preferred
