Babu is an entrepreneur with a proven track record of leading companies to success. He was the co-founder and CEO of Beceem Communications that was sold to Broadcom in 2010. He was also the co-founder of Centillium Communications that had a successful IPO in 2000. He has lead teams to build world class products in wireless, wireline modem space, embedded processors at various companies including Cirrus Logic and Zilog Inc. He holds 6 US patents and has published several articles in journals and conferences. He has an M.Tech from Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur India

Balaji is responsible for product architectures, hardware and software engineering. Prior to his engineering role at Ineda, he held the position of CEO for Ineda Systems, Pvt. Ltd. from its founding till the early stages of team building and technology development. Before Ineda, he was at AMD where he was responsible for management of 500+ engineer organization and was also program executive for their low power fusion SOC. Prior to AMD, he worked at Conexant Systems as a Senior Director managing their Set-Top-Box and Imaging/PC Media silicon engineering teams. He also worked in technical/management roles at Silicon Valley startups Ikanos & Velio and was a key member of their industry first networking/communication products. Earlier in his career, he was associated with Intel towards their x86 CPU and mobile chip-set engineering product development. He was awarded “Young Entrepreneur of the year” by Silicon India for 2011 and is a noted speaker at multiple industry & academic forums. He was the design contest chair and member of various industry panels at International Conference on VLSI Design & Embedded Systems held in 2008 and 2012. He has filed for 20+ patents till date and played the role of a technical advisor for few Silicon Valley startups. He has a Masters degree in Electrical Engineering from Arizona State University.

Ritesh comes to Ineda management team from Renesas , a global supplier of micro-controller and SOC chips for Automotive, consumer and Industrial application, where he was the Vice President of the Micro-controller and SOC business units in Americas. Ritesh was responsible to manage the worldwide product development and roadmap for the key market segments. Under his leadership in Americas, Renesas became the #1 Micro-controller supplier. For the past two years, Ritesh was leading the way to develop a IOT platform for variety of embedded applications. As a part of Renesas MCU team, he established teams in India and helped Renesas to established it’s operation in Latin America. Ritesh has more than 20 years of experience building and managing geographically-distributed Product marketing and Application teams. Prior to Renesas, Ritesh held management positions at Hitachi Semiconductor America. Ritesh also worked in Asia-Pacific region for various semiconductor companies managing their marketing and application teams. Ritesh holds a M.S. in Semiconductor Electronics from University of Allahabad, India and a MBA in Marketing and Leadership from University of Allahabad, India.

Ram is responsible for corporate development and business development. Prior to Ineda, he was at AMD where he was running their international business strategy. He was also Regional VP of India and SAARC from 2008 to 2010 where he ran AMD’s Sales & Marketing and grew AMD’s business in that region in spite of a significant worldwide economic crash in 2008. Before that he was Director of Corp Dev at AMD where he was part of the team that created Global Foundries, acquired ATI, partner with Angstrem (Russia) etc. Prior to that he was Director of Corp Strategy at AMD where he helped AMD China grow from $70M to $1B in revenues in 3 years. He also helped launch AMD’s personal systems group products in Brazil. He began his career as a semiconductor process engineer. He has more than 200 patents to his name. He has a PhD in Chemical Eng. From Michigan State University and an MBA from Duke University.
